Scale + is a startup fee of $5,800 and then a $1,800/month management fee for a 12 month commitment.

If you sign up and do not make any videos then that is on you. With Scale + that is essentially all we need you to do is turn on the camera. We cannot be you, talk about your city like you can, or tell your relatable stories.

There are no refunds if you miss a week or any other days of filming content. It is your responsibility to time block to make content. Our team is not liable for that time and there are no refunds on the time you didn’t take to film content.

Yes. Scale + is a 12 month commitment. Why? Because there are a ton of variables that come into play with YouTube. We have seen channels completely take off in their first month and we have seen some of our very own channels take more than 6 months. Because we have done this throughout so many markets we know what works but we also know things can take time. If you’re looking for instant gratification then this may not be for you.

We do not offer SOLE video editing services. There are plenty of video editing services out there for agents to use but the fact of the matter is you can find a freelancer to edit your videos too. No other company has what we have and can offer it when it comes to our knowledge gained from our experience, our team, and our PLAYBOOK!

The key to getting reach outs is your call to action, but not just saying it. Our team creates graphics that display your contact information on the screen so it can easily be seen by viewers who do in fact want to reach out. Other graphics include transitions, b-roll, Google Earth, etc.
